Work with me

Four ways to work together. One standard.

Coaching, advisory, speaking and organisation-level programmes. Different work, different contracts — and I will tell you which one your situation actually needs.

The difference

Coaching or advisory?

They are often bought interchangeably and they are not the same thing. This is how I draw the line.

Workshops, keynotes, panels and conference participation are a third category again: delivered to a room rather than to an individual, and contracted per event.

Service lines

Service 01 · Coaching

Executive Coaching

A structured partnership for leaders stepping into greater scope.

One-to-one coaching focused on the decisions in front of you: how you take a position, how you carry it into the room, and how you hold it when it is tested. I do not hand you the answer; we build your capacity to reach it and defend it.

Best for: Directors, Heads of Function and newly appointed executives

Investment: Final pricing confirmed during the first call

What is included

  • Twice-monthly 90-minute coaching sessions
  • Leadership diagnostic and 360 stakeholder input
  • Positioning and executive-presence work
  • Asynchronous support between sessions
  • Session notes, commitments and progress review

Service 02 · Advisory

Technology Leadership Advisory

Advisory for leaders owning a transformation agenda.

Here I do give a view. We challenge the business and technology choices behind the programme — operating model, sequencing, decision rights, board narrative — and where useful we construct the solution together.

Best for: CIOs, CTOs and transformation programme owners

Investment: Final pricing confirmed during the first call

What is included

  • Weekly advisory session with the leader
  • Operating-model and delivery review
  • Transformation roadmap challenge and refinement
  • Stakeholder and board narrative support
  • On-call escalation window for critical decisions

Service 03 · Speaking

Workshops & Speaking

Facilitated sessions, keynotes, panels and conference contributions.

Neither coaching nor advisory: this is work delivered to a room. Facilitated leadership-team workshops, conference keynotes and panel participation on technology transformation, leadership and executive decision-making.

Best for: Executive teams, conference programmes and leadership forums

Investment: Final pricing confirmed during the first call

What is included

  • Discovery call and tailored workshop design
  • Full-day or two half-day facilitated sessions
  • Team alignment on transformation priorities
  • Practical toolkit and follow-up actions
  • Optional 60-day team check-in

Service 04 · Organisations

For Organisations

Coaching and advisory bought by a sponsor, not by the individual.

Cohort coaching, leadership-bench development and sponsor-funded engagements. Contracting, invoicing and reporting run at organisation level; session content stays confidential and sponsors receive progress against agreed themes only.

Best for: HR, People and executive sponsors funding leadership development

Investment: Quoted per engagement

What is included

  • Discovery session with the sponsor and, where relevant, the participants
  • Programme design mapped to the organisation's leadership priorities
  • Individual or cohort delivery with a fixed cadence
  • Confidential delivery with theme-level reporting to the sponsor
  • Closing review against the outcomes agreed at the start

Payments are processed by Stripe. Silvana Helal never sees or stores your card details.

Contracting

Questions

Before you commit

Frequently asked questions

Can my employer be invoiced?
Yes. Corporate invoicing is available for all engagements; VAT and purchase-order details are handled at contracting.
What happens if we are not a fit?
I will say so during the first call and, where possible, point you to someone better placed to help. There is no charge for that conversation.
Can an engagement mix coaching and advisory?
It can, but the boundary is made explicit in the agreement so it is always clear which mode we are in and who owns the resulting decision.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Sponsors receive progress against agreed themes only; session content is never shared.
