Our commitment to a website that everyone can use.
Our commitment
This website is designed to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).
Compliance status
The website is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA to the best of our knowledge. It was last reviewed on 18 October 2026 using automated testing (axe-core) on every public page at desktop and mobile sizes, plus manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus visibility, colour contrast and tap-target size.
What we have done
Text and controls meet at least 4.5:1 contrast. Every page works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline. A skip link jumps to the main content. Images have text alternatives or are marked decorative. Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages. Pages reflow to 320px without sideways scrolling. Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels. Animations respect the reduced-motion setting of your device. The security question on forms is a simple text sum, not a visual puzzle.
Known limitations
Embedded third-party content, such as the map on the contact page, is provided by external services and may not be fully accessible. The same location information is always available as text on the page.

Enforcement
