Terms of Service
The terms under which coaching, advisory and workshop engagements are provided.

1. Services
Services comprise executive coaching, technology leadership advisory and facilitated workshops as described in the signed engagement agreement. Coaching is a developmental partnership; it is not therapy, legal, financial or medical advice.
2. Engagement and agreement
Each engagement begins with a discovery call and is confirmed by a written agreement setting out scope, cadence, duration and fees. The agreement prevails over any information on this website.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring engagements are billed monthly in advance; corporate invoicing is available on agreed terms.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be treated as delivered. Either party may end a rolling engagement with 30 days' written notice; fees for delivered work remain payable.
5. Confidentiality
Session content is confidential. Where an employer sponsors an engagement, reporting is limited to progress against agreed themes. Confidentiality may be limited only where disclosure is required by law.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
Coaching outcomes depend on the client's own decisions and actions. No specific business, career or financial result is guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
Frameworks, materials and workshop content remain the intellectual property of Silvana Helal and are licensed to the client for internal use only.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
