What is collected
- Intake form: name, email, optional company and role, focus area, timeline, indicative budget, goals, challenges, referral source and your consent choices.
- Scheduling: details you provide to Calendly when booking a call.
- Payments: billing details you provide directly to Stripe. Card data never reaches this website.
- Cookies: strictly necessary cookies only, unless you opt in to analytics.
Lawful bases
Consent for optional analytics cookies and marketing emails. Performance of a contract (or steps prior to it) for enquiries, coaching engagements and payments. Legal obligation for accounting and tax records.
Processors
Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), the e-signature provider used for coaching agreements, and the hosting and database platform behind this site. Each processes data under a data-processing agreement and only on documented instructions.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Engagement and financial records are retained for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@silvanahelal.com. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
